Sensors is great for keeping track of individuals temps for each of your CPU cores. Memory shows you an overview of your RAM consumption and which programs consume the most memory. If you want to check for temperatures and how much it's being used, refer to the CPU Temperature and CPU Utilization sections, respectively.
